How payment is processed

Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We do not store your full card details - only our payment provider ever sees them.

Your payment method is charged when your order is placed, not when it ships.

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars.

Payment security

We never see or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code. Our payment provider is responsible for handling that information securely.

Declined or failed payments

If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be confirmed as paid. Your bank or payment provider may temporarily show a pending authorization, even if the payment was unsuccessful. Any such hold is released according to your payment provider's processing times. Please check your payment details or try another payment method.
